libdap-bin software package provides Binaries for the libdap Data Access Protocol library, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdap-bin
libdap-bin is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdap-bin package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdap-bin *
You will get with libdap-bin package name, version, architecture and description in a table
